Lease Program
Our lease programs provide advanced riders with consistent saddle time, horse bonding, and competitive show paths without the initial financial overhead of horse ownership. Standard horse lease fees are waived in exchange for a mandatory weekly training subscription.
Attendance Policies for Lessors

Fixed Retainers: Monthly lease payments are flat operational retainers. Missed or skipped home lessons are forfeited and cannot be rolled over, credited, or rescheduled.

Away-Show Billing Protection: Monthly lease retainers remain fully payable during show weeks to protect your horse's space and upkeep at home. Away-show surcharges are billed separately per event, and training not utilized at home is credited as an offset.

Option 1: The All-Inclusive Half-Lease

Flat Rate: $867.00 / month + GST

Weekly Allocation: One (1) Group Lesson, One (1) Private Lesson, and One (1) Independent hack day per week.

The Structure: This is an all-inclusive plan covering the horse's basic home maintenance. Lease fees are waived in exchange for the mandatory 2-lesson weekly commitment.
Shared Asset Show Rules

Half-lease horses are shared assets. Horse availability for away-competitions operates on a strict first-registered, first-deposited basis.

If your horse's co-lessor secures the mount for an away-show, your weekly lessons will be accommodated on a school school horse.

Missed independent hack days due to horse show travel are a shared asset risk and are not credited, refunded, or substituted.

Option 2: The Exclusive Full-Lease

Cost Structure: Mandatory 3-Lesson Package Retainer + 100% of equine operational expenses billed at net cost.

Weekly Allocation: Three (3) scheduled lessons per week.

Financial Responsibility: Full lessors assume exclusive use of the animal. The lessee is directly responsible for 100% of the horse's monthly care bills at cost (including standard board, farrier, routine supplements, and up to $1,200 annually in veterinary maintenance or emergency medical care).
