Lochend Stables provides full-service indoor and outdoor boarding for competitive and recreational riders within our modern, insulated, and heated facility.

Indoor Board

Premium Indoor Board: $1,100.00 / month + GST (Includes individual mucked stall, daily turnout, and individual client tack locker)

Outdoor Board

Full-Care Outdoor Board: $600.00 / month + GST (Includes structured group paddock pairing, shelter access, and automatic waterers)

What’s Included in Base Board:

  • Premium hay free choice via a netted round bale or fed twice a day for diet control.

  • Owner-provided grain/supplement administration.

  • Continuous access to clean, monitored fresh water.

  • Full use of the facility (heated indoor arena, outdoor sand ring, laundry machine, and client viewing lounge).

 

A La Carte Facility Add-ons (Billed Monthly)

  • Daily Blanket Changes: $60.00/month

  • Boots/Fly Mask Turnout Application: $40.00 / month

  • Trailer Parking Storage: $50.00/month

  • Catching for Vet/Farrier: $25.00/occurrence

 

Roster Lesson Packages for Private Boarders

Boarders who wish to maintain a permanent slot on our master training schedule receive boarder-exclusive rates:

  • Weekly Group Boarder Lesson Retainer: $195.00/month (Equivalent to $45/lesson)

  • Weekly Private Boarder Lesson Retainer: $282.00/month (Equivalent to $65/lesson)

 

Boarder Lesson Policies

  • Roster Spots: Recurring private training spots are billed as a fixed monthly retainer to guarantee your coach's availability. We enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation window for private lessons; late cancellations or no-shows are fully charged.

  • Group Class Boarders: If you take a permanent seat in a 4-person academy class, missed classes cannot be credited or made up. You may vacate your group class seat at any time without a 30-day notice period, but the spot will immediately be opened to our student waitlist.
